Terms and Conditions – Radio Promotion Club

1. Service Description

Radio Promotion Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a one-time radio airplay service. For a fee of $97, we will arrange for your submitted song to be played on a minimum of 50 U.S.-based radio stations, including a mix of FM, college, community, and reputable online broadcasters.

2. Eligibility

• You must be the rightful owner of the song submitted or have written permission from the copyright holder to use it for promotional purposes.

• Songs containing hate speech or explicit content that violates broadcasting standards may be rejected.

3. Submission Requirements

• Audio must be submitted in MP3 or WAV format.

• You must provide accurate contact details when placing your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse tracks that do not meet minimum audio quality standards.

4. Delivery Timeline

Airplay will typically occur within 2–4 weeks of receiving your song. Delivery times may vary based on station scheduling and availability.

5. Proof of Airplay

You will receive:

• A station list with confirmation of airplay.

• Optional recordings of your track being broadcast (if available).
  
  

6. Limitations of Service

• Airplay is guaranteed at least once per station but does not include heavy rotation or chart placement.

• We cannot guarantee a specific date, time, or position within a broadcast.

• We do not guarantee any specific results such as increased fans, sales, or streams.
  
  

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver airplay on a minimum of 50 U.S. radio stations as stated.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any decisions made by third-party stations, delays outside of our control, or outcomes beyond the delivery of the agreed airplay.
